Product design

  • We are taking efforts to implement sustainable practices into all links of our supply chain, from sourcing through suppliers, customers and employees with a proven dedication to the sustainability journey where we implement strategies for our products with focus on circularity through product design for recycling and recycled content.

Product information

  • We aim to offer our customers transparency around our products and processes so that they can confidently verify our compliance with relevant product safety regulations. Our approach to product safety extends to how we communicate about it with our customers. We provide our customers with Declarations of Compliance for their products upon request. We are creating an online portal that will streamline the compliance process of their portfolio enable customers to quickly collect the relevant product information they need.
  • Packaging choices affect the sustainability impact. To support a factbased choice of materials we developed a #Rethink model to calculate product environmental impact. We are currently creating an online portal which will enable customers to quickly collect product information with respect to environmental footprint data of their product portfolio.
  • We safeguard product quality by auditing warehouses to meet our Corporate Quality and Food Safety requirement.

Environmental impact in the supply chain

  • We are taking efforts to implement sustainable practices into all links of our supply chain, from sourcing through suppliers, customers and employees with a proven dedication to the sustainability journey where we implement strategies for our sites, reducing carbon Scope 1 and 2 CO2 emission.

Relationship and engagement

  • To become the best partner of choice NNZ engages in dialogue with our customers about their needs, expectations and preferences, on a day-to-day basis customer contacts and through customer surveys that focus on the customer engagement, to determine  extent of loyalty and advocacy.
